In this final video in our series, Jon Miller, VP Marketing and co-founder of Marketo, discusses the importance of Sales Development Reps (SDRs). SDRs serve as a sort of filter between marketing and sales, making sure that only the most qualified leads get passed on to the costly sales team. This additional element in the sales cycle results in more conversions and better alignment between sales and marketing.
